All meetings are held at 4:30 pm in the Community Room at the Main Library, except for virtual meetings, and are open to the public.
Any member of the public wishing to speak during public participation must sign the sign-up sheet prior as posted outside the Community
Room, prior to the start of the meeting. In the case of a virtual meeting, contact Library Administration 24 hours prior to the scheduled
start of the meeting to sign up.
