To search the library catalog, enter keyword(s) (title, author, subject) in the blank search field and click on the triangular “play” button to the right, or hit the Enter key on your keyboard. Click on the "Advanced Search" link for more options, including language, year of publication, and format (i.e. book, audiobook on CD/MP3, DVD, CD, etc.).
A list of results will appear, sorted by relevance. Click on "check availability" for holding information on a specific item. A window will pop up with the item's current location(s), call number, and status. If it says “Check Shelf” under Status, the item should be on the shelf according to its call number. You can also click on the hyperlinked title on the search results page to view the full item record details (i.e. summary, contents, subject, etc.).
Do not hesitate to contact the Information Desk at (860) 224-3155 ext. 125 if you have questions or encounter any problems.
